Journal Entries for Classroom Management. 

In my teaching experience I found out that classroom management is one of the best strategies to address bad behaviors inside the classroom. Not just that but it is also one of the strategies that could motivate the child to learn best in the teaching and learning process. 

During my teaching experiences, most of things that I had done in managing the classroom was to arrange well the students tables. I worked hard in doing this with my students. I did this because I want to make my classroom organized and looked so beautiful. Not just that in relating to my teaching and learning activities, I always monitor the students' learning to make sure that everyone should participate and contribute to the learning process . What I did was always managing my group works so that together they learn best. In doing this, I discovered that it is important to organize everything inside the classroom and that is how to manage the classroom. This greatly helps children to learn effectively and productively. Most importantly is to facilitate the students learning throughout the learning process and to make sure that the child learn best with your help. 

As you can see in the photos provided above, my students are well engaged in the learning process, everyone was participated and they also produced a better results in which that that they present in front of the students. This is because of my classroom management skills where I put my efforts to make them learn fully.
